Reproduction:

1. Spawn in as a slasher
2. Wait for a borg to attack you / you try to attack them
3. realise you can't attack them with your machete
4. Try to throw the machete to maybe stun them or use the shriek ability
5. Fail on both using the machete throw and shriek
6. Die because you can't attack them or do anything to fight back
