So if you go through the steps of stomach pumping as a medical borg you end up getting to the end where you're suppose to be able to end the surgery and cauterize, except that you cant and now are stuck only being able to pump the stomach, that is VERY bad as you can no longer perform other surgeries on the chest as a medi borg
