If you send an artifact to centcom It'll say -200 credits: Received 1 artifact. I would ASSUME that it's supposed to say +200 but im not sure. Round ID 2559

This issue also turns up when people do NOT send an artifact to Centcom. Unknown as to what items are causing it to do just that at this time. Further testing is required. Does not appear there are any associated runtimes.

it gives negative value if the artifact sent is not examined, that is intended behaviour also the sending items - cargo money i was told was fixed. Needs further testing
