A headslug can infect an ipc but it does not hatch, effectively killing the changeling for biting an ipc

So I just tested this. It took like 2 minutes, but (at least, through a human who was change specied into a IPC), it worked. This might be out of date on that aspect, but I do think it's unintended for you to be able to do that.
