Reason: Infinite silver but silver has limited uses and materials don't sell well in bulk for cargo credits.

Silver solidification requires 20u Silver, and 10u Carbon. Both are present in the chem synth components allowing the manufacturing of silver sheets at a sustainable rate of roughly 20 sheets per second.

Suggested solution is to change silver's material solidification recipe to include the use of Frost oil to keep inline with the rest of the solidification recipes
