Include texts from Torat Emet 257

• Added labels: Priority-Low, Type-Enhancement
• Removed labels: Priority-Medium, Type-Defect

I don't have any particular requests, but there are a lot of new texts.

there where many texts that were omitted from Orayta because it is believed 
they are unnecessary and they only make navigation difficult.
or at least this is what i understand.
