3.71-6.00 pops not working on PSP-3000 09g

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a PSX eboot and bring up the popsloader menu
2. Select any pops version from 3.71-6.00 while using a 09g PSP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game does not start and the PSP crashes and turns off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP-3000 09g running 6.39 PRO-B8

Please provide any additional information below.
Pops versions 3.03-3.52 and 6.10-6.39 all seem to work fine on my PSP-3000 09g.

09g cannot execute <6.10 modules. It is amazing that 3.52 pops is working.

more information my PSP-3000 09g running 6.39 PRO-nightly (Compiling on Aug 14)
