Cannot load popsloader from autobranch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install autobranch as vsh plugin 
https://www.dropbox.com/s/mj92ccgvwoit746/libpuer.7z 
2. Assign a pops
3. Hold that button in booting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
popsloader v3 environment: popsloader isn't loaded; lflash one is used
popsloader mod v4 environment: freeze

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.60PRO cIPL

After VSH is started, selecting "Reset VSH" then holding that button 
successfully launch popsloader. I don't know if this is issue of procfw or 
popsloader itself.
