Insufficient storage issue

After creating modpack payload using yr payload generator. And when payload was created i deleted the payload line in payload_info file from it. And than installed my apk. But it shows storage insufficient but i have more than 1gb space available. How to fix than thing? And file making a modpack, in scripts folder is py and pyc files both necessary or we can play only py file, and app wil automatically make a pyc file out of py files. Plz help? Fix me insufficient storage issues and pyc or no issue. Plz help?
