add option for more than 1 card per person

right now everyone gets one card. the original game escalates by giving players 2 cards each when they finish round 1, then 3 cards, etc.

we want to give the option to choose the number of cards per player somehow. perhaps adding a new phase, before the game starts? and showing some kind of ui to the host where they can choose how many cards get played?
