Caught errors when hushd is running by still syncing

We need to tell the user that hushd is running but still syncing, and to please wait until it's finished. Optionally, it would be awesome to show the last X lines of debug.log to give them feedback, or optionally parse the progress/block count from the file and show them a progress indicator.
