fetch new coin

I gonna fetch new coin on Sui network.
There are over 1000 transactions in 1 second
I gonna monitor all transactions
and then check events of transactions.
if event is created coin, I can fetch new coin

problem is many transactions in 1 sec
My backend can't check all transactions in 1 sec.
plz give me a way
