Request: Extract Myth Protocol to separate module, set license #1

It would be great for the community to be able to reuse the mythprotocol code in other node projects and contribute back to it.

Would you be open to 1.) separating that component into a separate module (I'd be happy to do the work and submit a pull request as long as you're open to it) and 2.) declaring a license that permits the community to reuse and contribute?

Nevermind on #2. Found the GPL declaration in "/about". Didn't notice that before. :)

Hi Warren, sure, I’m open to breaking out the protocol stuff. You’re welcome to do it and I’ll accept whatever comes out, or if you run into trouble let me know what you have in mind for a design and I can pick it up. My next round of work on MythExpress is going to be around html structure so the protocol code is stable except for the odd update when the myth folks add something.
