Release/Typing bug

Hello, @MzrW! Thank you for your work. This project is awesome.
I don't understand why it's so unknown. I have mentioned your work here PhilippC/keepass2android#607
This plugin must be released on the play store to make it possible for more people to use it.

Also, I have faced a bug. A lot of characters just get lost when typing and don't make it to my laptop. I have fixed this bug in my fork master...Mogost:K2ABluetoothKeyboard:master but I am not an Android/Java engineer and I think the fix could be better.
But the point is that when typing you need some delay between inputs I tried 10 ms it was enough in most cases (not all), but with 25 ms I could not reproduce the problem.

Is it possible to skip the screen with typing confirmation and just send to type immediately after clicking "Type to Bluetooth"?
