Render metadata preview

Description

There should be a page that allows a user to view a COG overlay on a map. The user should be able to preview how the COG is rendered using allowed parameters defined in the renders schema: https://github.com/stac-extensions/render/blob/main/json-schema/schema.json

Once the selections are made, a user should be able to copy a renders object with their current selection.

Acceptance Criteria

• A user is able to preview the renders metadata and then copy to the the ingest form
