multiple copies of files archived in vault when ingest the same file several time

When ingest the same file (of the same user) several times, multiple copies of files are archived in the vault. In reality, it might not be frequent that the ingestion command for the same file is repeated, but still not a good idea to archive the same file in multiple copies.

Maybe we can keep a database with hash of the encrypted and non-encrypted format and then either skip it or a symlink is made when the same file is coming to be ingested.
