Issue Description

Implement a regression test against the current cloud aqueous chemistry code to use during refactoring.

Ideas

• Run CAM-Chem and collect input argument data for one MPI rank and save for testing of refactored code
• Set up simple automated test for this fork to run regression test and unit tests as they are developed
