Documentation for Casper missing a step

In our current documentation, we are missing a step to exit the ssh session on casper that issues the vncmgr command. One user reported problems after issuing the ssh tunnel from casper itself. We need to emphasize that the tunnel needs to be established between the local machine and casper.
