When selecting a species to edit it, the modal should have the current data for the species as the default value in each textbox. This works for the name and the description, but the properties do not change properly, and they are instead the values that were put into the modal the last time it was used.
For example, here, a user has just selected Nitrogen Dioxide and set the Molecular Weight to 5 and the Fixed Concentration to 2. Note that the Nitric Oxide above has nothing set to its properties.
If Nitic Oxide is edited after this, instead of the intended behavior of the properties being set to their default values (0), the modal retains the 5 and 2 from when Nitrogen Dixoide was edited.
