Find all references to NCAR and National Center for Atmospheric Research and update these to NSF NCAR and National Science Foundation-National Center for Atmospheric Research.

Acceptance Criteria
All references to NCAR are prefixed with NSF, including when the acronyms are spelled out.

  • Check README
  • Update all copyright headers in source code
