When user enters gene as BRCA1, there are all sorts of other genes in the dropdown. Are these relevant, viz do they somehow belong in the BRCA[1] "family"? Because since the days of drugs with dosage, we have all been sensitized to keeping the autosuggests to the most relevant.
A related issue is, when user tries to enter gene MUC5B, a non-coding version also is autosuggested: MUC5B-AS1
(FYI @tyler had suggested including just orthologs)
