Bank Invoices

Issue:

When using the bank account number of another player, charging them any amount and then that player goes to pay, it doesnt pay the invoice. No errors found client or server side relating to this.

How to replicate:

1. Get a second person/client.
2. Invoice their bank account number for any amount
3. Second person/client goes to pay invoice
4. invoice status is left as "unpaid"

Expected Result:

When a player clicks "pay" on the invoice, it pays it.
