ND clothing shop is not saving outfits.

Describe the bug
The clothes shops don't save the outfits players make and save inside said clothing shop when the player leaves the server and rejoins the outfit is not saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'clothing shop and create a outfit and save it'
2. leave and rejoin.

Expected behavior
Outfit will not be saved.

iirc it now uses illenium appearance and as such means this issue is no longer a problem
