Repo structure

The repo contains data, code, parameter files associated with running Atlantis in the Northeast United States (NEUS). The repo is structured in the following way:

• currentVersion folder contains:

  • The files required to run the current stable version of Atlantis (prm, nc, csv, ts, bgm)
  • Model output is archived on Google Drive

• Diagnostics folder contains R code and data files to diagnose if a model run is meeting defined performance and review criteria

• R folder contains R code to process Atlantis output

• docs folder contains files used to host the NEUS-Atlantis site (for future development)

• Geometry folder contains files explaining the box and layer structure of the model
