Add command line arguments for input data paths

It would be really useful to quickly override the paths to input data in the config file by passing new paths via the command line, instead of having to create a new config file. Something like:

nanofase /path/to/config.nml --nc /path/to/netcdf.nc --constants /path/to/constants.nml
