If you have lost your password, or if you want to restore your existing wallet to a new device, you will need to recover your wallet. Note that you must have set your guardians before you can recover.

Input your registered email address to get a verify code.
Input your code and set a new password for this wallet.
Then you will see a list of guardians. You can see the name and address of each guardian, as well as a pending on the right indicating this guardian has not signed your recovery request.
Ask your guardian to open the BlueWave Recovery Center. Click the “Copy Recovery Link to Share” button to copy and send them the link if needed. Ask them to connect their wallet and sign your request. Note that any wallet that they are using will do.

After they have signed, the pending label will be changed to signed with a timestamp.
After the majority of your guardians have signed off, you will receive a pop-up notification of successful recovery. You can now use your wallet again.
