Improved sensor editing process

Fixes #49.
* No longer allows the creation of a sensor without specifying a URI
for the sensor. (If the dialog is brought up by mistake, the Cancel
button is still available.)
* Rearranged the sensor editor so that network address is first, as
it's the only required field that isn't pre-populated.
