Ballast and remin/clean code (#79)

* clean up and commenting for ballasting, remineralization and scavenging

* a few additional fixes to the ballast and remin after testing

* added parameter description updates for the ballast and remin section

* typo fixes in comments + omegaa/omegac removel + k_no3_denit/amx
