Several JEDI repositories have been updated with changes from the Model Variable Renaming Sprint. Updating JEDI hashes in sorc/ requires changes in GDASApp and jcb-gdas yamls and templates. This issue is opened to document updates to jcb-gdas

Work for this issue will be done in feature/resume_nightly. This jcb-gdas branch is used in GDASApp branch feature/resume_nightly. See GDASApp issue #1362 for additional information.
