As titled, this PR updates runtime parameters in our NWA example XMLs to enhance performance:
DTandDT_THERMback to 600s and 1800s, respectively.DT_OBC_SEG_UPDATE_OBGC = 1800.The new runtime is approximately 7.53 hours for a 1-year simulation in
