Describe the bug
SPEAR is developed on gitlab and may not have public development. The model and other yaml development should be added to the SPEAR repository here: https://gitlab.gfdl.noaa.gov/SPEAR/xml/-/blob/RTS/SPEAR_c192_o1_Control_1850_Q50.xml?ref_type=heads (which I think is already happening @uramirez8707 thanks).

The SPEAR yaml development should be removed from this repo.
