What are some options to consider for enclosures. Keep these things in mind:

  • Nodes may have single-stack, doubler, or tripler configurations
  • Various modules need exposure and/or sky visibility (OLED, GPS, light sensors, dust sensor, etc.)
  • How will LoRa 1/4-wave antennae and potential GPS external GPS antennae be handled
  • Large sensors and specialty modules may need special treatment. E.g the dust sensor
  • What weather and/or security concerns need to be addressed?

Consider the following as possible tacks to this problem or come up with others:

  • pre-made and/or custom-made enclosures from external sources
  • 3D printing enclosures
  • CNC routing and assembling enclosures
  • DIY/scavenging approaches such (a la the Altoids Tin enclosure)
