vcxproj files reference CUDA 12.5 but latest is CUDA 12.6

I was able to write a quick python script to change the references in the vcxproj files, the Samples sln loaded fine after that

To be honest, I just threw this together for myself, I only shared it because someone asked. I'm not sure of the error you're getting as I don't encounter it myself. Looks like perhaps you're missing a file?

Apologies for the delayed update. The latest repo update to 12.8 should resolve this and it'll be in sync going forward. I'll close this issue for now, but please re-open it or file a new one if you see similar problems in the future.
