When set bias as C matrix with stride=0, Can we use different dtype between bias and output?

F16 x F16 + F16(bias) = F32 matmul operation

It seems matrix C use the same output tile iterator with matrix D, so when bias dtype is different from output dtype, it failed. (Am I wrong?...
