Hi there.

Is there any way we can get support for digital vibrance control when using Wayland?

Currently, I use https://github.com/libvibrant/vibrantLinux, but it does not work with Wayland.
libvibrant/vibrantLinux#27 may be of interest.

Thanks in advance.

Bump! The only reason I'm still on X11 is because I'm waiting for this feature.

I would also like to see this option available.

Ditto! ~ I prob shouldn't be here though... I use an AMD card.. if Nvidia brings the feature maybe we will see it implemented in wlroots display protocol eventually

Also sharpness support please! I prefer having digital vibrance and sharpness applied through the nvidia driver rather than in post with something like vkbasalt, as the latter adds noticeable latency to the rendering pipeline.

I got a Zowie XL2566X+ and it solves my issues regarding sharpness and vibrancy at the hardware level.. Also I can individually adjust colors and for a TN panel it looks soooo good when there is a lot of color on screen.. (Similar to my XG2431 IPS) I'm waiting on OLED to mature and for Zowie to possibly adopt the tech into future displays.

I wonder if the Wayland Color Management Protocol might address this!

Yes, the protocol indeed helps. However, it's just a protocol — a set of guidelines. Now we need to wait for NVIDIA to implement it via software code.
