Describe the bug
It was introduced in https://github.com/NVIDIA/spark-rapids/pull/9719/files#diff-3a9f46a8ec5aae1960f218e945ea7b8b0b16e5143710da457d0fc9c7d8c424b8R620-R621 to workaround non UTC test path by skipping class capture check.
