Ad component re-renders in FlatList when scrolling back up to location, causing jumps.

I've noticed my component for ads, injected in the separator component at certain indexes will re-render when scrolled out and back into view, returning a different ad. This is causing jumps and issues in my list causes spaces are lost and then subsequently re added.

Is there anything to mitigate this?
