Help files or Tutorials?

I just found Smart Autoclicker and used it over the last several days for an event that used an app with an inordinate amount of setting and pages that needed to be set up the same way every 2 minutes. That's another story...
I got it to work, but I know I've only hacked this together and it is not optimized because I had to do everything by trial and error.
Are there any tutorials about how to use this great app?
