Add an option to the main menu to refresh items - Basically reprocess all entries but do not download.
Use cases:

  • User changes blacklist/title_regex/etc -> flag item in DB
  • User enables options like XMP files -> write XMP or other changes
  • User changes title format -> rename the file and change it in the DB
