This pull request includes changes to the logging in the
transfer_reportfunction inlib/module_utils/report_transfer.py. The most important changes include commenting out a debug logging statement and modifying the format of a success log message.Changes to logging:
lib/module_utils/report_transfer.py: Commented out the debug logging statement that logs the RSYNC command.lib/module_utils/report_transfer.py: Modified the success log message to include the server and directory in a more readable format.
