First Application Windows

I want to build first app with NativePHP but when I build application and install after running I don't see any windows for my application.
Should I miss any steps?

What happens when you click 'open'?

Nothing
After install when after click on run nothing happen.
How can i check logs?

This path is empty
I am using Microsoft Windows 11.

I check Task Manager and I see my app is running but I can not see any windows.
