Describe the bug
In the process of ID-mapping with the tool, the error in the screenshot below appeared. In my previous work, I have never encountered it. Excuse me, how can I find the ID in question and how to deal with it?

To Reproduce
command line:
pdb_profiling --custom_db gnomad.db insert-mutation --input /data/swift/55file/gnomad_missense_mo_20210401_proteincoding_4col.txt --sep '\t' --usecols ftId,Ref,Pos,Alt

INFO (please complete the following information):

  • Version [e.g. 0.3.5a5]

try the new version: pip install pdb-profiling==0.3.6

sorry to disturb you again. but in the "check-muta-conflict" step, something went wrong, as shown in the following screenshot picture:
