Google APIs - https://console.developers.google.com/apis Enable key for both Google Maps Directions API and Google Maps Elevation API. You can use the same key for both services, but you need to enable for both first. google-apis

Mapzen - https://mapzen.com/developers/ Separate keys for Turn by Turn and Elevation mapzen-apis
