Moving skins songs from Windows

Mounting Windows' partition:

In order to use Windows' maps/skins, you need to:

  • Install ntfs-3g according to your distro
  • Either copy/move your songs/skins to your osu! folder (that you can find with osu-wine --info)
  • Or use the osu! install folder on Windows (with osu-wine --changedir or symlinking stuff)

Permanently using Windows' osu! folder

If you want to use the osu! folder without mounting Windows' partition every time, you need to mount your partition at startup.

Refer to this if your disk is NTFS, otherwise just look up on Google on how to automount a partition in Linux 🥳
