Helpful to reduce the surface area of the code base (Security)
Makes AoT possible (Start up)
Reduces size of single file binary (Size)

Describe the solution you'd like

Annotate code that needs runtime reflection to not be trimmed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/deploying/trimming/trim-self-contained
Reduce use of reflection
Be able to compile with full trimming and Nethermind still work
Stretch to AoT compilation
