Empty Cart Page
This page shows the customer the items in their cart, however, this screen will be displayed when their cart is empty. The customer does not need to be logged in as a registered user to view this page. When the user has items in their cart, they will be displayed here (for more instructions on this screen, please see the Shopping Cart Page documentation).
