I'd like us to think about bringing LSL to NWB.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to better manage and run complex experiments.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support for the NWB format in labstreaminglayer/App-LabRecorder#41 could be great esp if we expand beyond eclectrophysiological experiments.

Describe alternatives you've considered
XDF

Is this interesting to anyone else?

Hi @dioptre, this is a very cool idea! We are working on a similar project with Bonsai and Syntalos, both of which are data streaming software designed for neurophysiology experiments. I don't think we have the bandwidth to develop this internally, but if anyone want to take a stab at it we'd be happy to discuss what it would entail.
