Currently, you can disable allow_acquire_morphs in the config file so that only ops can grant themselves disguises using the management command

For the unlock message, I'm not very sure that it will be configurable, because even if the server message is turned off, clients with FMC(FeatherMorphClient) installed will still see a toast popping up when they unlock a disguise

We dont have people using the Client its only active as a plugin on my server, is it still able to just deactive it?

Currently no, FeatherMorph doesn't support disabling(deactivating) messages
