Like bone armor all diamond like bone tools should be made of its own material.
All not diamond like tools should be removed.

new material

TODO :

remove recipes for not diamond like tools
remove all not diamond like tools from creative tab
remove all not diamond like tools ( with textures, json models, localization, ...)
rename "Diamond Bone" tools to "Bone" tools
