[BUG] Worlds generated with a lot of weight

Describe the bug

When configuring the world limits, it is checked with the worldboarder command that it is correct, but the weight of the world is huge. The Nether weighs 114 GB with a size of just 8000 blocks, and its normal Nether counterpart weighs at most 4 GB. That happens with the Nether and End worlds.
